Microphallus - Microphallus, or micropenis, is defined as a morphologically normal penis, including a penile urethra, with a stretched length less than 2 standard deviations (SDs) below the mean for age. The average stretched penile lengths in preterm (30 weeks' gestation) and term infants are 2.5 ± 0.4 cm and 3.5 ± 0.4 cm, respectively.
