While PHRP, Inc. has been dissolved, the Accreditation status of the following organizations remain in effect and valid.
The organizations listed below were awarded accreditation by the Partnership for Human Research Protection, Inc. (“PHRP, Inc.”), a collaboration of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (“NCQA”) and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations (“JCAHO”). Subsequently, on November 15, 2005, PHRP, Inc. was dissolved and the NCQA assumed responsibility for oversight of the accreditation contracts. The NCQA has agreed to maintain the organizations’ accreditation on an on-going basis until their individual expiration dates.
