Special Delivery Crisis Pregnancy Center : Special Delivery was started in 1987 by a small group of people coming together to pray for women in crisis pregnancies. In 1989 Nellie Harris became the Director, bringing with her a passion for the young women in need and for the unborn. The purchase of the Woodinville property in 1991 has blessed the ministry with the room to continue with expansion.
