The Charleston Clefts Inc. is a support group based in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The support group was created with the following goals in mind
Goals:
To offer support, education, and encouragement as needed to parents and children at birth, and before, during, and after surgeries.
To offer opportunities for children with clefts to observe others with the same special needs.
To boost the self-image and self-worth of children with clefts by providing opportunities for them to make friends with other children like themselves.
To encourage parents to network with other parents who have "been through the same experiences."
To provide the latest cleft and support resources available.

PMP Pals - Pseudomyxoma Peritonei Network : The PMP Pals’ Network is an all volunteer, worldwide resource and referral service for patients, their family caregivers, and healthcare providers affected by rare cancers originating with the Appendix, including Mucinous Adenocarcinoma, Peritoneal Carcinomatosis, Signet Ring Cell, cancers affecting the peritoneum and the digestive system, and Pseudomyxoma Peritonei.
Spinal Cord Tumor Association, Inc. : The Spinal Cord Tumor Associatation, Inc. is a not-for-profit organization formed by spinal cord tumor survivors for the purpose of supporting survivors and their families. We also seek to educate and raise awareness about this rare and debilitating illness, and work in partnership with the medical community and others to improve survivors quality of life, as well as for the prevention and cure of spinal cord tumors.
Andrews Helpful Hands Foundation Inc : Andrew's Helpful Hands Foundation helps families who have a child with cancer that will be going through Bone Marrow Transplant process. We will allow parents to focus on their child's advocacy not on financial burdens that occur due to the loss of income from one parent.
International Union Against Cancer : Its objectives are to advance scientific and medical knowledge in research, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of cancer, and to promote all other aspects of the campaign against cancer throughout the world.
First City Council on Cancer : First City Council on Cancer is a community-based, non-profit, all volunteer organization dedicated to reducing the impact of cancer related problems upon the individuals and families of Ketchikan, Alaska and its environs through the following activities:
. Ensuring adequate access to surveillance exams and appropriate counseling for the medically indigent and under-insured.
